Victoria is a versatile, conscientious professional with over twenty years experience in the Construction and Facilities Management industry. A Chartered Engineer since 1993 and a Certified member of BIFM Victoria is a natural ‘problem solver’ with a bent for analytical thinking.

Gaining her PTTLS qualification in 2012 Victoria is tutoring level 4 and 5 BIFM accredited courses.

Professional Overview

Victoria has over twenty-five years of experience in construction and Facilities Management (FM)focusing on fabric and building services maintenance (Hard FM); during her career Victoria hasmanaged FM delivery as both a contractor and consultant. Over the past seven years Victoria hasbeen providing various services to support clients including Expert Witness services regarding disputes over FM contract performance and initial build defects. The experience of resolving issues,some of which have gone to dispute resolution, has provided pragmatic experience to inform designing out pitfalls from both construction and within facilities management contracts.

Much of Victoria’s work over the past years has centred around improving delivery of Hard FM
services including providing transparent systems to show compliance, performance enhancements
and strategic delivery of FM.
Victoria has been a chartered mechanical engineer since 1993 and a certified member of the British
Institution of Facilities Managers since 2014.

Victoria currently lecturers BSRIA's Maintaining Building Services training course.
