Pressure (gas)

The Instrument Solutions laboratory is equipped with a number of different types of pressure (gas) calibration facilities to cater for the needs of clients in industries ranging from building services to plant & processing. These all offer excellent levels of Calibration and Measurement Capability (CMC) Expressed as an Expanded Uncertainty.

Calibration options include traceable to national standards under the Instrument Solutions ISO 9001 accreditation or UKAS accredited calibrations against the ISO 17025 standard.

The laboratory has the following capabilities:-

• Absolute pressure range: 10 mbar to 36 Bar (using Nitrogen)
• Gauge pressure range: -980 mbar to 35 Bar (using Nitrogen) 
• Barometric pressure range: 800 to 1150 mbar (using Nitrogen)
• Differential pressure range: 0 to 1 Bar (using Air)
