BSRIA provides a range of energy services to help clients improve energy performance of their buildings and to identify where significant energy savings can be made. BSRIA's services include:

• Feasibility studies on energy-related interventions

BSRIA also provides advice on energy metering strategy for new buildings, helping to ensure that:

• the building will have the most effective energy metering, located in the right places to measure the right things
• the building’s zones are properly structured for good energy management
• all equipment loads are known and accounted for
• the planned operational hours are known
• all these variables are factored into updated energy use predictions against which the building’s operation will be compared
