This short online training session explains the framework of the Building Regulations in England, and introduces the key guidance, in the form of Approved Documents, for Parts A to S. Delegates will understand the basic principles and where to look for guidance.
Building Regulations are in place to ensure that certain minimum standards are met whenever building work is carried out, including new buildings, extensions and certain work in existing buildings. In England, the legal functional requirements are provided in Parts A to S, and these are supported by guidance in Approved Documents.
