In this webinar we will explain the fundamentals of acoustic cameras, how they work, and applications for their use. Acoustic cameras can assist you in product development, noise nuisance investigations, sound insulation investigations and non-invasive condition monitoring.
Traditionally, a sound level meter measures noise levels in decibels. Investigating noise sources can be achieved by systematically turning on and off noise sources and using other investigation techniques. However, this conventional method has some drawbacks, such as output complexity, extensive sound investigation methods, and the inability to visualise the sound pressure levels. These can be remedied by using an acoustic camera.
We will be showcasing the Sorama CAM iV64 acoustic camera.
This webinar is for anyone who either intends to use or would like to know more about acoustic cameras.
