In construction, projects were delayed or postponed while other took longer to complete due to health and safety rules. Most markets we researched were affected, but there were large variations. The cabling market increased or remained stable in China, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Poland and Australia. There were extreme declines in Indian Sub, South Africa and countries in Latin America.
