It’s designed for delegates with a basic understanding or working knowledge of compliance, who want to deepen their understanding of the intent, application, and practical implications of each part of the Building Regulations.  It contains all the updates in the Future Homes and Buildings Standards (FHBS). 

Content & Options

• Complete Deep Dive (15 hours): attend the full series to cover every part of our Building Regulations sessions, building a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding. Flexible delivery such as 5 x 3-hour sessions.
• Bespoke Deep Dive (pick your Parts): choose the Parts most relevant to your role and create a tailored learning pathway for you or your team.

English Building Regulations as standard: Scotland or other UK legislations upon request.

This programme offers 15 hours of optional content. Most Approved Documents are delivered as 1-hour sessions (1 CPD hour). Part B, Part F, Part L and Parts G, H, J & T are delivered as 2-hour modules (2 CPD hours / 2 sessions). Some Parts are combined into a single 1-hour session (all shown in table above). 

We recommend grouping sessions into 3-hour blocks to create a focused online half-day course or a 6-hour block for in-person delivery.
