Why did you become a trainer?

I’ve always been drawn to the "bigger picture" and enjoy going beyond project work. Having previously taught and delivered CPD sessions, I found real satisfaction in making complex topics accessible to others.

What do you enjoy most about training?

Meeting professionals from diverse backgrounds and learning from their experiences. The best training sessions are interactive, where knowledge flows both ways—teaching and learning together.

How would you describe your teaching style?

Friendly, engaging, and informal. I bring energy to the room, keep up a dynamic pace, and encourage dialogue, ensuring an interactive learning experience.

What’s the key takeaway from your courses?

A clearer understanding of how things fit together—especially the distinction between regulations and guidance.
