Addresses the issues of poor programming and management of building services commissioning. Contains the findings of an investigation into commissioning management for construction projects. It is based on five construction projects from design to handover as well as detailed observations for input from a well-informed steering group. Provides an independent assessment of the benefits which can be realised through effective commissioning management and gives recommendations on how best to procure and implement commissioning management.
