The Testo 400 is a multi-function instrument for all HVAC professionals, enabling you to measure, document and analyse parameters with just one instrument. Available as an instrument only where you can add on a range of different probes and accessories, or in a number of pre-configured kits that includes two specially designed for measuring air velocity. There are many features to this product range including:-

Intuitive measurement menus

The Testo 400 actively assists you in taking standard-compliant measurements. It guides you step by step through the measurement process and assists you in evaluating the measurement results.

Wireless convenience

Numerous probes for air velocity applications as well as indoor air quality are also available in the wireless Bluetooth variant. This means less stress for you and more space in the measuring case.

Long-term measurements

The 400 series data logger can be used independently for long-term measurements with up to six different probes after it has been programmed using Testo 400 handset.

Practical accessories

Use the measuring tripod for air velocity measurements to position the compatible measuring instrument and the probes in compliance with the standards at all times.

Smart, intuitive, practical: Measurement programs, measurement data management and operation

For error-free measurements in accordance with various standards: Smart, intuitive measurement menus and evaluation of readings provide optimum support for your measuring task. Use the measurement programs for standard-compliant measurements: HVAC grid measurement as per EN ISO 12599 and ASHRAE 111, PMV/PPD as per EN ISO 7730 and ASHRAE 55, draught and turbulence as per EN ISO 7730 and ASHRAE 55, WBGT measurement as per DIN 33403 and EN ISO 7243, NET measurement as per DIN 33403.

Complete the measurement along with full documentation including photos, comments and your own Company logo at the customer’s premises, and send by e-mail (via WLAN).

Customer and measuring point management is carried out on the measuring instrument itself – for efficient work on site.
