Health & Safety Guidance for visitorsJuly 2021

In view of the continuing Coronavirus outbreak within the UK please see below visitors guidance which is in line with current Company policies. 

  • Visitors to BSRIA premises are by prior agreement only and must be limited to business needs.
  • Visitors must be free of any Covid-19 symptoms.
  • Visitors if traveling from overseas must follow the UK Government guidelines on travel & isolation before coming onto BSRIA premises.
  • Visitors are to wear face coverings for the duration of their visit. However, in certain circumstances where the visitor/s are in an entirely self-contained area, or at the discretion of BSRIA management the use of face coverings may be relaxed – this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Visitor/s are to use the anti-bacterial hand gel when entering and exiting the premises. No handshaking is to take place.
  • Visitor/s must adhere to the 2-meter social distancing guidelines, where this is not possible to maintain face coverings must be worn.
  • If visitors are to use the company’s meeting rooms, it will be the responsibility of the BSRIA host to ensure the meeting/training rooms are cleaned before and after use.  Where possible ensure good ventilation of the meeting/training rooms by opening windows or use of ventilation system one hour before.
  • Where tours of the premises are required the BSRIA host, shall ensure all safety notices are adhere to and the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.
  • Employees and visitors are not to exchange documents or any form of stationery.

All BSRIA buildings display a unique NHS QR code for Track and Trace purposes, visitors can use this tool to help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
