Design and Management Training Courses - AutumnSeptember 2011

BSRIA's Design and Management Autumn Training Courses

These courses aim to help improve the management of building services design, provide processes for effective project management and assist with the design and integration of the latest heat pump technology.

Heat Pump Design and Integration- 19th October Higher energy costs and the need to reduce CO2 emissions are driving the development and use of heat pump technology. This course describes the different types of heat pump system, how they work and the relative advantages of each.

Improving Management of Building Services Design - 25th October and 1st February The trend for increasingly complex building projects requires more control over design activities in order to deliver good value to the client. This course will explain the specific tools that are now available to help this task.

Project Management for Building Services - 9th November This course aims to improve project management and delivery via an 8 stage process . This in turn will lead to buildings that are operationally ready at handover, function to user and operator requirements and perform efficiently in use.

Each training course is delivered by expert lecturers who bring their practical experience from the design office, the site and the plant room to the training venue. Delegates will receive the corresponding BSRIA guide and course handouts for future reference.

Courses are held at our Bracknell office; from 09.30 - 16.30 and include lunch and refreshments.

Courses are also available as in-company training which often makes a cheaper option for 7 or more delegates.
