  • Leo, 20 North Audley Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 6WE

Most CEOs will say that people are their organisations’ most important asset and that to grow both customer satisfaction and sustainable financial performance they need highly engaged employees. As digital becomes an ever-increasing part of our lives and the needs and expectations of employees and employers are changing, the incidence of mental ill-health is growing.

All employers now need to consider employee wellbeing. The way people work and the pressure they feel are well documented but what about the office and its wider environment?

Blanca said:

“Wellbeing looks at many aspects of life; from physical and mental health to social or work wellbeing.

From an engineering point of view, buildings alone can have a great impact on the wellbeing of occupants. The five main aspects on which buildings can impact wellbeing are indoor air quality, odours, light, noise and thermal comfort.

My presentation will focus on how these parameters can affect occupant’s wellbeing and how they can be measured and improved."

Specialist wellbeing advice will be shared with some tangible tips and tricks in a nutshell. There will be plenty of networking opportunities and ‘Q&A’. We urge you to book on!
