Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007September 2007

The new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 came into force on 6 April 2007, replacing the original regulations first introduced in 1995, with subsequent amendments.

Two of the most notable changes in the new regulations are the introduction of the Pre-Construction Plan and Construction Phase Plan in place of the Health & Safety Plan, and the change from Planning Supervisor to CDM co-ordinator.
