In this age of BIM and information management it is easy to forget that a key part of the information used during construction projects is the specification. BSRIA with endorsement from CIBSE and B&ES will be hosting a launch event for their new publication which will put the specification at the centre of any project.
The Model Format for Building Services Specifications publication is designed to provide a model specification which aids efficiency and understanding for all parties involved in preparing and using specifications through a common and consistent arrangement. The publication gives a general framework within which the specification author can use their in house content and format with the least amount of change.
The launch event will be in London on the 8th April.
