The TSI DustTrak II and DRX monitors are light years ahead of any other instruments in the marketplace. The DustTrak DRX monitor, for instance, simultaneously measures both mass and size fraction – something no other dust monitor can do. The DRX versions can measure PM1, PM2.5, Respirable, PM10 and TPM simultaneously with no need for size-selective inlet conditioners.
Also available are the EP versions (purchase only) which are fitted with an external pump module that is designed to handle the rigors of continuous 24/7 monitoring applications such as construction sites, demolition sites, tunnelling and other harsh industrial environments.

DustTrak DRX Aerosol Monitors
These models simultaneously measure mass and size fraction corresponding to PM1, PM2.5, respirable, PM10, and Total PM sizes.
DustTrak II
These versions measure the mass concentration of aerosols. The built-in pump allows the use of a variety of size-selective inlet conditioners to measure aerosol concentrations corresponding to PM10, PM2.5, PM1, or respirable size fractions.
Handheld Vs. Desktop
Handheld DustTrak aerosol monitors are lightweight and portable. They’re perfect for industrial hygiene surveys, point source location monitoring, indoor air quality investigations, engineering control evaluations / validation, and for baseline trending and screening. Like desktop models, they have manual and programmable data logging functions. They also have single-point data logging capability useful for industrial hygiene walk-through surveys and indoor air quality investigations.
Desktop DustTrak aerosol monitors are ideal for unattended applications that require a data logging function. They come with USB (device and host), Ethernet, and analog and alarm outputs allowing remote access to real-time aerosol concentration data. User adjustable alarm setpoints for instantaneous or 15-minute short-term excursion limit (STEL) are available on desktop models. The alarm output with user-defined setpoint alerts you when upset or changing conditions occur.

Cloud Data Management System
If the DustTrak monitor is linked to the optional GSM/GPS communications modem the data from DustTrak monitors can be accessed on demand anytime, anywhere - with the ability to send to auto-send alert notifications direct to an email inbox or to a phone via an SMS text message. TSI has partnered with Netronix to provide this turnkey solution to remote dust monitoring which can constantly data streamed information to the cloud making it available whenever you want it.

TSl 8535 environmental enclosure
The DustTrak II and DRX desktop aerosol monitor models 8530 and 8533 can be used a custom designed weatherproof environmental enclosure for making the same accurate and precise measurements outdoors. Ideal for use on construction sites and industrial environments as-well-as during pollution studies.
DustTrak Batteries
Batteries are available for both the desktop and handheld DustTrak units. For the Desktop unit the battery is 11.1 V / 6.6 Ah or 7.8 Ah with part number 1208057, and for the Handheld unit the battery is 7.4 V / 33.6 Ah with part number 1208058. There is also the option of a DustTrak Solar Battery (801814) available as 12 V / 110 Ah or 100 Ah.
