• An author of high-quality publications about project management, commissioning management and performance improvement in the construction industry. These include BSRIA's Rules of Thumb guide, Commissioning Job Book and Building Services job book
• An experienced lecturer and facilitator who has delivered training throughout the UK, and in the Middle East, Asia and Africa
• A qualified commissioning process provider (QCxP)
• A qualified, EITB-accredited maintenance engineer
