Soft Landings Case Studies (BG 77/2019)

Soft Landings is a building delivery approach that runs through a project from inception and briefing to completion and beyond to help the project team to ensure all decisions they make during the project are based on improving operational performance of the building and meeting the client’s expectations.

This publication presents case studies of a sample of seven completed buildings that have benefitted from using the Soft Landings process. These are:
