In the commercial and retrofit sectors, the BREEAM environmental assessment method calls for thermal imaging surveys of the building fabric to verify that the thermal performance of a building is as designed. This requires a thermographer, qualified to Level 2 of a recognised training standard, to complete a survey of the building and submit evidence to the BREEAM assessor demonstrating that the building is compliant with the BREEAM requirement.
BSRIA’s BREEAM specialists work closely with our member base to ensure that the information in reports is relevant and informative, allowing the BREEAM assessor a smooth and easy process.
