BSRIA appoints new Worldwide Market Intelligence Business ManagerDecember 2016

BSRIA is delighted to announce the appointment of Krystyna Dawson B.Sc (Hons), MBA, MA as its new Business Manager of Worldwide Market Intelligence (WMI) at BSRIA, effective from Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

Krystyna Dawson is known within the industry and with BSRIA members since she is currently Team Leader – Heating & Renewables within the WMI Department.

She has worked successfully in this role for eight years and is well respected among colleagues across BSRIA.

Prior to joining BSRIA, Krystyna Dawson had built up her career in the publishing market and has substantial international experience.

In her time at BSRIA, Krystyna Dawson has written many articles, reports and papers on a myriad of worldwide heating and renewable topics. These have specifically covered both the EMEA markets and the wider global sphere and comprised sales, forecasts and detailed statistics.

Krystyna Dawson’s appointment comes after the announcement that BSRIA’s current WMI Business Manager, Andrew Giles, will retire in the new year after 31 years’ service.

Krystyna Dawson said: “I am very excited about and looking forward to my new role and the challenge therein. It is a wonderful opportunity. I know that I have ‘big shoes to fill’ with the departure of Andrew. He will certainly leave behind him quite a legacy.

Within BSRIA’s WMI department, there is over 25 years’ experience of research within the building services environment, specialising in global studies on heating, air conditioning, renewables, IT cabling and associated technologies and building controls markets. It has undertaken research in over 94 countries. Over the years, WMI has established strong relationships throughout the world with major industry players, delivering accurate and reliable market studies.
