Rheintacho RT strobe T

Contact Instrument Solutions

With up to 300,000 flashes per minute, the RT strobe is one of the best performing devices in its class. In terms of light intensity, this instrument is second to none among portable LED stroboscopes world-wide. The instrument can operate even at the highest flash rates for up to six hours continuously on a single set of three (3) standard AA sized batteries.

Features

The quartz accuracy of the control function ensures absolute flash precision. The objectives of "maximum light yield" and "homogenous surface illumination" were ideally implemented in the development of the optical assembly. Cutting-edge, ultra-high performance LEDs and intelligent control electronics play a key role in achieving this.

Keypad controls adjust flash rate in single increments as well as special keys for x2 and ÷2 functions. Other user programmable settings include flash duration, phase shift, and delay.

Supplied in a high-impact plastic with rubber protective sleeve providing additional protection as well as improved grip for the operator. Lifetime LEDs do not wear-out or need replacement making this product ideal for use on the factory floor, in the field or in the laboratory. Applications include ideal for speed, motion and vibration analysis, on rotating shafts, fans, cams, hi-speed motion analysis for speakers or ink-jet printing.

Common customer questions & answers

QQuestion What sort of signal does the trigger option provide?
AAnswer The trigger input is potential-free. The potential-free input is suitable for PNP and NPN signals. A cable with plug, corresponding to these input jacks, is provided with the hire devices.
QQuestion Does the Rheintacho come with a sensor wheel for contact frequency measuring?
AAnswer No, this unit is a stroboscope device only and has no additional contact wheel with the kit. We do have the Compact CT6/K tachometer that has a contact wheel available for hire if this is required, please call to discuss (unfortunately there is no web page for this particular item).
