Overview
This guide is written for facilities management/maintenance staff along with staff employed by companies providing BMS (building management system) support services. It provides guidance on how to improve the effectiveness of BMS. In particular the guidance will help determine whether a BMS is performing poorly and if so, how this can be rectified.
