Overview
The Fluke 1660 series of installation testers are specifically designed with the busy user in mind. From the basic 1662 model which is reliable, simple to use, it’s all you need for day-to-day testing to the 1664 FC version which is the only tester with "Insulation PreTest." If the tester detects that an appliance is connected to the system under test, it stops the insulation test, helping eliminate accidental damage.
Tests conducted include: line, no-trip loop,RCD trip current, RCD trip time, insulation, voltage, frequency, continuity, phase sequence and earth resistance

Fluke 1664
The Fluke 1664 FC installation tester is the only tester with "Insulation PreTest." If the tester detects that an appliance is connected to the system under test, it stops the insulation test, helping eliminate accidental damage. The 1664 FC version can also be used with Fluke Connect®, so you can send test results to your smartphone and collaborate with others. Auto Test makes performs seven tests with one press of the button, reducing the number of manual connections and decreasing the possibility of making errors.
