The guidance is presented in four logical stages of the process to achieve successful maintenance contracts - contract development; specification and schedule; tender and evaluation; and monitoring and control. Appendices list statutory plant inspections, statutory testing frequency check sheets; and documentation to be held by the building owner or occupier.
