Soft Landings Conference 2021: Smoothing the path to Net Zero

The built environment contributes around 40% of the UK's total carbon footprint. Almost half of this is from energy used in buildings. The UK’s 2050 net-zero target is challenging. It is therefore important for all stakeholders in the construction and built environment sector to work together to seize the opportunities to deliver Net Zero building. The Soft Landings approach, adopted at the early stage of a project, will ensure that the right targets are set for the project at the beginning and that they will be met at the end.

The 6th annual BSRIA Soft Landings Conference brings together different stakeholders from across the built environment to show how we can each play our part in the Net Zero solution.
