These courses are designed to provide an introduction to the Building Regulations and some of the Approved Documents, more detailed information about Part L and Part F and and understanding of the BREEAM, environmental assessment method.
Understanding BREEAM - 20th September and 6th December
This course encorporates the July 2011 changes that indicate a shift in focus towards only assessing new buildings. It will be delivered by BSRIA's experienced BREEAM assessors and be invaluable for anyone involved in projects needing a BREEAM assessment.
5th October - Now only £99 per delegate
This course provides an introduction to the Building Regulations that apply to most building work and some knowledge of the individual Approved Documents.
Understanding Part L and Part F - 20th October
Part L covers Conservation of Fuel and Power and Part F covers Means of Ventilation. Both of these Parts will be covered in detail including the differences between the 2006 and 2010 Regulations and Approved Documents.
Each training course is delivered by expert lecturers who bring their practical experience from the design office, the site and the plant room to the training venue. Delegates will receive the corresponding BSRIA guide and course handouts for future reference.
Courses are held at our Bracknell office; from 09.30 - 16.30 and include lunch and refreshments.
Courses are also available as in-company training which often makes a cheaper option for 7 or more delegates.
