The China office now acts as a local hub for China and the wider Asia region, providing dedicated market research and a window to other BSRIA services.

The office remains closely linked with BSRIA's UK headquarters near London, to increase BSRIA's international research portfolio and add further capability to satisfy the needs of clients around the world.

Martin Li - General Manager of BSRIA Asia, Principle Consultant

• Martin is a highly skilled, versatile and creative market consultant with Bachelor Degree in Economics and Masters Degree in Project Management at the University of Warwick, UK. Since Joining BSRIA China in 2010, Martin has been responsible for the office management, marketing and sales as well as running various projects.
• Martin has wide-ranging expertise in conducting numerical/quantitative analysis for market information, such as market size, market trend and other information regarding to specific products.
• After joining BSRIA, as a full time international market research consultant, he has conducted market studies covering topics of valves, energy efficiency, floor heating, HAVC and building automation. As always, Martin will strive to achieve the highest standard possible for clients.

• Chris Chu graduated from Tianjin University with MSE degree. He had been working in top market consulting companies (e.g. IPSOS, GfK), and had rich market research experience covering various areas, such as industry study, brand positioning, customer experience study, retail study and etc.
• After joining BSRIA, Chris has finished lots of consulting project such as China AC, ventilation, building automation and control system, fire detection alarm system, bathroom product and water purifier. Cissy Liu - International Account Manager, Consultant

• Cissy Liu graduated from University of Durham (BA Economics). In 2009, she completed her master degree at LSE (MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance).
• She has been working on part of China refrigeration study, China Solar thermal & PV study and China Bathroom study. She is planned to be involved in forthcoming China Facility Management study. In addition, she has been working for a number of private studies covering most of the HVAC industry.

• Cindy Hou graduated from University of York (MSc International Business and Strategy Management) and Nankai University(Bsc International Economy and Trade).
• Before joining BSRIA, Cindy worked for Adfaith Consulting Company and was involving in few strategy management projects for several companies and government bodies. After joining BSRIA, as a full time international market research consultant, Cindy has conducted market researches in air conditioning, heat pump, solar thermal and building automation.
